Toronto, Canada (March 6, 2023) On the heels of Kidscreen last month, leading kids’ media company Sinking Ship Entertainment (SSE) announced a raft of new sales. TVP in Poland has acquired both seasons of the company’s sci-fi conservation series ENDLINGS, while SKY in the UK has picked up the puppet series PLAYDATE. Kids channel ejunior, from evision, part of e& life from e& (formerly known as Etisalat Group UAE) has renewed ODD SQUAD, the award-winning math comedy series produced by Fred Rogers Productions and SSE, and acquired Emmy®-nominated animated series, ALMA’S WAY, also produced by Fred Rogers Productions. CBC in Canada has acquired the first two seasons of ODD SQUAD for its streaming platform CBC Gem.  Finally, the company’s successful dinosaur brand DINO DANA continues its stomp across the world with a recent sale of the first season to NHK in Japan, brokered by SSE’s distribution partner in Asia, Bomanbridge Media.

ENDLINGS was produced by SSE for CBC Kids and Hulu, while ODD SQUAD is produced for PBS KIDS and TVO Kids in partnership with Fred Rogers Productions. PLAYDATE was produced for Wildbrain in Canada, and DINO DANA was produced for Amazon and TVO Kids. Third party series ALMA’S WAY is produced by Fred Rogers Productions for PBS KIDS.
